Building Resilience Around Trauma
Every person experiences some form of trauma in life. There are small traumas like the loss of loved ones or a job, and big traumas like abuse, neglect, or health crises. Trauma is stored in the body and impacts health. The good news is that new science shows us how to build resilience around trauma and regain our body’s ability to function well.

Hydrating and Fueling Our Bodies
We know we are what we eat! But we are also what we drink, breathe, and put on and in our bodies. Join our longevity circles to find out how to fuel your body for health and longevity.
Longevity Circles are based on a model out of the Cleveland Clinic that shows people learn and change behaviors at much higher rates in groups than they do on their own. Our Clinic to Community Initiative takes a diagnosis and turns it into a plan. Longevity Circles provide information, support, and accountability for positive health outcomes. Our goal is to help each other live long and well!
